INGREDIENTS

Olive oil

Peanut seed oil

sugar

salt

PREPARATION

To make these delicious taralli covered with sugar, start by creating the dough where you will combine the flour with the starch, the egg, a pinch of salt, the yeast and a little olive oil. Once the dough is ready, break off pieces and roll them out with your hands to form ropes.

Cut them into small pieces and form the taralli by joining the final parts with your fingers. Cover them and let them rise for about a couple of hours. Fry them in boiling oil until they turn golden in color. Finally pass them in sugar and serve them.
